Celebrating Literacy with Young Children at Home and in the Classroom
This class is part of the Peach Partnership Treatment course series and will take place on April 24, 2010.
Learn about the importance of creating opportunities for children to express their thoughts and feelings and explore how the expression of emotions can be an effective way for children to enhance their literacy skills. Develop strategies for teachers and parents to infuse special occasions and daily routines with informal and effective literacy instruction.
