Hi all
I am hoping you may have suggestions for us... We have been struggling with a particular issue that was raised and we would like to hear your opinions... Should there be specific criteria that qualifies an individual as a mentor? Is a person a mentor because they complete the class? How do we know if the person really understands the concepts of the class? Should there be some kind of "test-out" at the end of the class. Is it possible to fail the mentor class?
Please post your thoughts so I and others can respond...These are important issues and we need your input! thanks...amy
